Our Team

The Plumbing Technicians at Meares Plumbing differ from other companies. Instead of trying to “sell”, their mission is to serve. We want to earn your trust and build a long-term relationship. Our plumbers will do this by providing the highest quality of professionalism and service. We base everything we do on your health, safety and comfort. To ensure we instill these beliefs in each and every technician, each “new hire” must ride with a veteran employee for a minimum of four weeks plus they spend an additional week of “classroom training” in our training room located at our headquarters.

Clean, friendly, and courteous – Our technicians wear “floor savers” and clean up after they are done. If you’re not completely satisfied, you don’t pay.

Drug screened and background tested – Your safety is our priority. All Meares Plumbing employees have been through an extensive background check and drug screening.

98% difference – Of those who apply, one out of every 43 qualifies to enter your home wearing a Meares Plumbing uniform.

Skilled Professionals – Our technicians have spent ample time in the role of apprentice to master plumbers. On the average they will have up to 417 hours of continuing education courses each year.

“If you want a knowledgeable friendly plumber you need to call Meares. They fixed a stubborn toilet I thought had been fixed by another company and still didn’t flush right. They also facilitated getting the best water heater and worked with TECO to get it all sorted out. Very happy, became a Diamond member because we know we like this company and the work they did.”
