James did a great job after our appointment was lost and a late start in the day. The only open item is that they sink wont hold water. The drain stopper will not set tight and the water drains out. Likely an easy fix.

Being a Diamond Club member matters. We called for service, scheduled the service and received the installation ALL IN THE SAME DAY. Excellent customer service demonstrated on the telephone, in email, and in person. All I can say is: “I am wowed and seriously impressed.”.
